We use these only to issue and verify the licence for that computer and to detect licences copied to other machines. We do not use them for advertising, analytics or profiling, and we do not sell them or share them with third parties. Access to these records inside ACTCAD is restricted to authorised staff who need it to resolve a licensing issue, and every access is logged. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in preventing unlicensed use of our software. ACTCAD licences are perpetual, so we keep activation records for as long as the licence remains in force; if a licence is cancelled or refunded we delete them within 12 months.
